1. If a sample needs to be sent to another location, what must be done?

Give it directly to the driver with no documentation Create a new PO Add the sample to the transfer list Leave it in the receiving area

2. When a sample is received that was ordered with a PO, what must be done?

Discard it Send it to Accounting Store it anywhere that is convenien Photo the paperwork, attach it to the PO, and notify the staff member who ordered it

3. What happens if a sample arrives without a PO?
