It's essential that your fabricator has the proper equipment on site, specifically a forklift and slab boom or clamp rated for large format slabs, to safely unload the materials upon arrival. We provide detailed delivery scheduling and coordinate with your fabricator to ensure a smooth receiving process.

Absolutely, we offer store pickup at all four Nova Tile and Stone locations. However, due to the large format size and weight of these slabs, you must have a properly rated truck and A frame support system capable of safely transporting porcelain slabs. The slabs measure up to 162x324 cm and require secure strapping to prevent movement or damage during transport. Our team will assist you with loading the slabs onto your truck using our equipment, ensuring they're properly secured to your A frame. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is equipped for slab transport, please call ahead and speak with our team, who can provide guidance and confirm your pickup appointment.
