Yes, Plaster Snow porcelain slabs are highly heat-resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 500°F without damage or discoloration. While the surface can handle hot pots and pans directly from the stove, we always recommend using trivets or hot pads as a best practice to prevent thermal shock from extreme temperature changes. This makes them an excellent choice for kitchen countertops where cooking activities are frequent. Unlike natural stone or some solid surfaces, porcelain will not scorch, stain, or crack from heat exposure, providing peace of mind for busy kitchens. Absolutely. While we do offer store pickup at all four of our Nova locations, we do require that you have a truck and A-frame that are properly rated to handle the porcelain slabs. Large format porcelain slabs typically measure 160x320 cm or 162x324 cm and require specialized handling equipment to transport safely without damage. We will assist you with loading the slabs onto your truck using our professional equipment, and you can take it from there. Before scheduling pickup, please confirm your vehicle and equipment meet the weight and size requirements for transporting slabs of this dimension. Our team can provide specific requirements when you arrange your pickup to ensure a safe and successful transport.  

Yes, we can! We deliver slabs to any of the 48 states in the contiguous United States. Porcelain slabs require special packing and delivery on a large truck due to their size and weight. We safely strap the slabs to an A-frame, load them on one of our trucks, and deliver them directly to your fabricator's address with professional care and precision. Please ensure your fabricator has a forklift and slab boom or clamp on site to unload the slabs safely. Our delivery team coordinates closely with fabricators to schedule convenient delivery times and ensure proper unloading procedures. We provide custom freight quotes based on your location and order size, and our logistics expertise ensures your investment arrives in perfect condition.
